Which 2 QBs should I start this week?

I'm in a 10-person league, regular scoring, with the wrinkle that we have to start 2 QBs every week.

My roster has Roethlisberger, Alex Smith and Jay Cutler.

I'm leaning towards benching Roethlisberger, only because I think he can have some trouble against the Jets this week, while Smith and Cutler could cut up Detroit and Green Bay, respectively.
