Wk 1 QB and Flex
Std scoring, no PPR.
QB: Brees (v Det) or Rivers (v Oak)?
Brees seems like the safer choice. Detroits secondary was so terrible last year, I couldn't believe my eyes. Thoughts?
Flex: Hixon (v Was) or Derrick Mason (v KC) or I guess Galloway (v Buf)
I've listed them in order of my current thinking, but haven't seen enough on NYG to know where Hixon fits in with their multitude of receivers. Galloway as the decided #3 in NE could easily pick up a cheap TD if they start lighting up Buffalo -- would be the highest beta choice. Thoughts?

I'd definitely agree with Brees this week. SD is much more likely to run once they get ahead, and QBs had career-rejuvenating games against DET last year.
I don't have enough to change the order of your WRs, and Hixon was effective last year in a similar situation, so I'd stick with him.
