wr decision

I need to start 3 in non ppr. I have Colston and Ocho Cinco ready.

I need to choose among Lance Moore, Roy Williams and Torry Holt. My opponent has Romo so I was thinking by starting Williams, he may correlate to Romo.

Any ideas out there?
