There's no link here, but a request for information. A friend has asked me for a list of left-handed quarterbacks over the past few seasons. Unlike baseball rosters, football rosters don't list handedness, but this would be a pretty useful list to have. Obviously the best thing would be if someone knew of a link to a single list somewhere, but barring that, consider this a call for the sake of knowledge, to help us put together a list of left-handed quarterbacks (both starters and backups) from recent seasons, as well as the major left-handed quarterbacks of NFL history. The names I know to start are Michael Vick, Mark Brunell, and Chris Simms (current) as well as Boomer Esiason, Ken Stabler, and Steve Young (historical). Oddly enough, the 11th link on Google for left-handed quarterback is last year's Week 9 DVOA commentary.
After three NFL seasons of kicking off from the 35-yard line, what has been the impact on touchbacks, returns, field position, scoring and injuries? Also, is this rule responsible for a record number of big comebacks?
