If you missed USA Today yesterday, be sure to check it out online. Among the things I learned from their annual salary issue were that Gary Walker got an $11 million signing bonus from the Texans last year, the Cowboys had the league's lowest median salary at $384,000, and Robert Gallery was the only rookie to have the highest salary on his team. Fascinating stuff, and I especially like how the USA Today charts distinguish between actual money paid and cap value.
After three NFL seasons of kicking off from the 35-yard line, what has been the impact on touchbacks, returns, field position, scoring and injuries? Also, is this rule responsible for a record number of big comebacks?
