Greg Cosell of NFL Films and State Farm NFL Matchup cues up the film on Jeff Garcia for his weekly Sporting News column. While Garcia's scattershot style will drive some people nuts, Cosell comes to the conclusion that his ability to extend plays, and turn nothing into something, makes it all worthwhile.
