Maybe with Felix going on IR, they will add another "Keith Davis."

Well, that spot is going to Pacman, for now. But they still need another RB (they only have 2 on the roster atm, plus one fullback).

I'm thinking you could sign Leigh Torrence and cut Carlos Polk. Or sign a RB/special teamer combo (is there one out there?).

They could take a page out of the Colts ST playbook: I happen to have a copy right here on my desk and it starts out... no, actually every page is the same. How about that? Each page has no plays, they all just say "suck forever."
