That seems reasonable. You're more buying the information, not the paper. For the difference you can print it and bind it yourself, can probably get a 3-ring binder job at office depot. If it matters to get a nice bound copy, then get the printed copy. What exactly is the problem?
I suppose you can hold out for a Kindle version... but I like having them all on my shelf..
