Colts Put Jerraud Powers on IR, Sign Dominic Rhodes
The Colts have placed cornerback Jerraud Powers on injured reserve with a broken arm. Powers had surgery on the arm this morning. They've replaced him on the active roster with halfback Dominic Rhodes.

At the rate they're going this year, I wouldn't be too surprised to see them try to sign the actor(s) who played Smash and/or Riggins in Friday Night Lights

There's a non-zero chance that Jarvarris James may be the only other healthy RB for Indy on Thursday.

Javarris James is indestructible as proven by his knee getting twisted in a horribly unnatural direction the other week and him not even missing practice time. Watching it the only question being asked was how many ligaments did he blow out, but somehow he was ready to go at practice.

Geez. Powers on IR too, crazy. I'd rather have Rhodes than Brown, honestly, but losing Powers is another big blow.
