Well, if you're going to lose a starter, it might well be one of the below-average ones. Marcus Spears will miss 4-6 weeks after spraining his MCL. Could this be the opportunity former FO Top 25 Prospect Jason Hatcher needs to get into the starting lineup for good?

Minor weaknesses dot these teams. Except for Arizona, which needs to bring in more help to really run Bruce Arians' offense.

Re: Marcus Spears Out 4-6 Weeks
Hatcher is unfortunately playing with a hyperextended elbow right now, so he's not at 100%. He provides good depth for Dallas at DE, though. But beyond him, it's a wasteland. So they need to hope no one else goes down.
Re: Marcus Spears Out 4-6 Weeks
What about Stephen Bowen? I thought he played pretty well in 09 when he was in games.
Re: Marcus Spears Out 4-6 Weeks
Bowen's solid but usually plays the other side. I guess they could flip him without a problem though? Don't think there's anything unique about LE and RE in a 3-4.

Bowen's the better pass rusher, but I imagine Hatcher will get most of the 1st and 2nd down snaps.
Not a fan of Spears as a starter anyway.
