The Eagles get just the right tonic for their ills as the Cards come to Philly. The matchup is previewed at Philly Sports Daily.

Dear Media: please stop talking about the Philadelphia Eagles. Especially please stop talking about how they should win games. Just make it stop.
The Eagles are the new Patriots, who were the new Cowboys. Except both the Patriots and Cowboys actually won games.
The Eagles won DVOA. Does that count?
Ask the Jets.
Fine - but let me know when the media stops talking about the Cowboys and Pats, who have not won shit for 15 years and a half dozen years, respectively.
By that logic there are what, four teams it's okay to talk about? Five maybe?
It's not so much "don't talk about the Cowboys," but "maybe you could give the Cowboys no more media attention than, say, the Tennessee Titans, who have been about as successful over the past 15 years and have the same current record?" The level of attention given them versus their level of football relevance is way out of line.
Unless you measure 'football relevance' by popularity, which the media does. They don't particularly care about which teams should get the most attention based on quality of play. They care about what will get them the most hits/viewers/listeners/whathaveyou.
But dear me, the glass is half full in Dallas.
I'm pretty sure "Philadelphia Sports Daily" will be continuing to cover the Eagles for the rest of the season. You may also want to avoid philly.com.
Why id ariz vs eag being shown in NY region 1 pm sunday insfead of saimtd vs falcs? Makes crappy sense
It's the local station's choice. Maybe because the Eagles are in the same division as the Giants.
Yes that is why wrote crappy senss. If eags not in Gaints division thrn would makr zero sense. Most giants gans hate eags and won't watch that game unless cards winning jn 4th queater.14 point spread dumb deciosuoj by fox. Put better game on
Am I the only one who thought of Suzy Kolb-er?
I was thinking Colbert at first; Kotter was a distant second, and Suzy was nowhere in the equation.
So what's with the "-er"?
We are number one. All others are number two, or lower.

Offensive line problems highlight the needs in the NFC North ... except in Chicago, which is kind of unsettling to think about.
