I just came here to say that I just saw Carolina run the inverted veer in the discussion thread and saw this posted here. Timely.
Timely, except that the longest run by a QB in last night's game was 4 yards... by Eli Manning.
(Yes, I realize that DeAngelo had some good gains out of this scheme, but that's just too unexpected a statistic to not point out.)
