FOA 2012 MEDIA: Seattle
Brian McIntyre and I answered some Seattle questions for the Tacoma News-Tribune, discussing the poor NFC West projections, Seattle's pass rush, and the weird Seahawks first half/second half splits from 2011.

Minor weaknesses dot these teams. Except for Arizona, which needs to bring in more help to really run Bruce Arians' offense.

It would be interesting to see 1st/2nd half splits with the 10AM Pacific/1PM Eastter factored in for all the West Coast teams. The only real East to West flipside to that are the late MNF games.
