If your sister is a fiesty 24 y/o Carrie Fisher-looking space princess a certain amount of smug satisfaction is justified. And if that's wrong, right is overrated.
I believe Mike is the only Monday-morning football commentator I would trust with the word "banal".
Banal is a difficult word?
Now consider Sean Connery reading it as part of a Jeopardy catagory.
I think he might mean "un-prepossessing" rather than un-presupposing.
"Too many satellites were launched from Cape Flacco".
Snortgiggle. But yes, it is a mystery why they wouldn't
give the ball to Mr. 4th and 29...
The opening section was beautifully written Mike.
"On Sunday, he took a safety for intentional grounding in the end zone on a play that started at the 17-yard line."
It was a terrible call, the throw clearly crossed the line of scrimmage.
"If Kaepernick’s first receiver was not open, he just ran for daylight or tried to force the ball."
Really, several times he climbed the pocket or moved to find space while progressing through two or three reads. The four dropped passes didn't help and the line, Iupati in particular, was pretty mediocre. They surrendered nearly constant pressure and failed to open holes for Gore, which was where the game was really lost.
It's also not Kaepernick's fault that the niners sometimes get so over reliant on gadget play nonsense, I'm sure anyone can guess which play I'm thinking of. The niners' offense was at its best yesterday when Kaepernick was dropping back to pass, blaming him is the obvious but incorrect choice.
"Kiss your sister once, and you are Luke Skywalker. Do it twice, and you are Caligula."
Has Atlanta found the third part of its "triplets" in Devonta Freeman? And who are the top triplets of the DVOA era?
