Dear Mike,
Just a bit nitpicky but, I think you meant torturous, not tortuous when you wrote under Freedom of Choice, “A Clockwork Orange”-style, but it did schedule Jaguars-Raiders as the only alternative, which was nearly as tortuous"

This is such a great article. It's articles like this one that made me want to write about football too, since it's so good and it looks so easy. Once I tried doing it, I realized that I can work hard at imitating Tanier and it still won't be nearly as good.
The world may indeed need another Tanier or two, but it also needs completely different niches filled.
