Well, this certainly makes it look like the Rams are moving back to Los Angeles, doesn't it? Rams owner Stan Kroenke is building an 80,000-seat NFL stadium on land he owns in the Los Angeles suburb of Inglewood. It should be ready by 2018. This article is filled with beautiful drawings of possible stadiums, if you enjoy that sort of thing. If the Rams do move back to L.A., please bring back the brighter blue-and-yellow uniforms instead of the dark blue-and-gold.

As I post this, the link to the article is glitchy and strange. It's all part of the conspiracy. The Powers What Be don't want you to know what I know.

The Cincinnati Bengals have officially downgraded wide receiver A.J. Green to out for Sunday's wild-card game against Indianapolis. Green has failed to recover from the concussion he suffered last week against Pittsburgh.

If you didn't have enough fun debating individual player rankings in our Pro Bowl XP, now you can debate the All-Pro team as well.
Personally, when I see that Bobby Wagner was named an All-Pro inside linebacker despite missing about one-third of the season, the whole exercise seems pretty silly.

Happy New Year! These actually posted on Thursday, but it was New Year's Day, and I have been a little sick, not with the usual Mummers Flu but a real flu. Enjoy!

Buffalo Bills coach (er, former Buffalo Bills coach) Doug Marrone has opted out of his contract with the team, making himself a free agent.
According to a report on ESPN.com, "Marrone exercised the unique option during the final hours of a three-day window that opened Monday, stipulated in the four-year contract he signed with the Bills in 2013. The opt-out clause was included in the original contract in the event of an ownership change, which occurred when Terry and Kim Pegula purchased the franchise in October."

Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh has been suspended for this weekend's playoff game against Dallas after stomping on the leg of Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Suh will appeal, but given his track record (he has been fined seven times for player safety violations), it's hard to see him winning this one.

There are six plays from Odell Beckham’s LSU tape that made me a fan of his game. Bell isn’t Odell Beckham, but the reasons I like his game aren’t much different on tape.

Guest columnist Jared Cohen's research shows that Philadelphia may not be the only offense that sees an unusually high rate of opposing injuries.
