Willis McGahee is Done for the Season

He's got a torn MCL and compression fracture in his right knee. Fantasy stampede on Ronnie Hillman!!!!

He's done for regular season but not for the playoffs.

Nope now he's on IR. I've been looking at him closely because I just traded for him in fantasy LAST WEEK! Gah! But back to real football... I'll be really interested to see what Ronnie Hillman can do in a more involved role. Will his pass protection stand up? Will he wear down quickly? DVOA doesn't like him thus far.

He's on IR, but he's designated to return. Apparently, they are targeting the AFC Title Game, if the Broncos are playing in it, as a potential return spot.

Also, Blaine Gabbert was placed on the IR.

I think Gabbert will also be available for the AFC title game. If anybody is having a bunch of friends over to watch the game and needs their driveway shoveled, drinks served, or maybe their car detailed... pretty sure he'll be available.

Brobcos done for season too. Bo way team going to recover. Sure,, may make playooffs but not going to make any noise in them. Loss of W. McGahee big.

I have to disagree. I think that at this age he's just another guy, and his success is a product of defenses being worried about Peyton first and foremost. I expect that the Broncos will find a replacement that can handle his production with little drop-off, be it Hillman or someone else.

That is true. Raiders goigj to dust off Bengals Sunday and should be smooth sailing into playofofs after that.

Wait, what? Denver is done? The Broncs' only tough game left is at Baltimore, and they're done for the season? If they can beat Baltimore and win out, and New England loses to either Houston or San Francisco, guess who has the #2 seed in the AFC? They'd have three losses, NE four, and would hold the tiebreaker over the Ravens.

It was his right knee, because McGahee totally devastated his left knee in college.
