The New Orleans Saints have had a better offseason than most NFL teams. Adding Jairus Byrd, retaining Jimmy Graham and signing Champ Bailey should go a long way to aiding their push for a place in the Super Bowl. Bailey is the least celebrated of those three moves, in spite of his status as a future hall-of-fame player.
In 2012, Bailey was still a high-quality starter, but he struggled in 2013. Projecting forward, it's important to understand exactly why Bailey struggled in 2013.
