Greg Rasheed is a long-time fan of Football Outsiders' work and we have been guests on his radio shows in the past. I appeared on last year's preview and we talked up the Broncos as a Super Bowl favorite. Not much has changed in the AFC a year later, but yesterday I went on Greg's podcast (The Root and Roots Show) to talk 2014 predictions. Our interview starts at around the 60-minute mark, but the whole episode is dedicated to football. We talked about the two-horse race between Denver and New England, and why Seattle's in a great position to repeat. We also discussed topics ranging from the long-term prospects of Robert Griffin III in Washington to the abundance of penalties to which teams will take a step back or big step forward in 2014. I also mention my favorite for league MVP and the No. 1 pick in fantasy football.

Our offseason Four Downs series ends with a look at the NFC West's biggest remaining holes and their most notable UDFA signings. The Rams and 49ers have to kick-start their passing games, Arizona's offense lacks a big dimension, and the Seahawks continue to rely on Russell Wilson's magic tricks.
