For me the big three are Manziel, Bridgewater and Aaron Murray. I could watch a few plays of a couple of Brotles games before turning it off in disgust.

Let's be fair, in the video posted in the article, the guy just 'darts' (like throwing a dart arrow) at his guy, because he didn't have time or space to make a complete throw.
Sometimes all you can do is just flick the ball towards someone close by; which is what he did in the example.
I wouldn't look too much into these.
I'd rather be concerned about his accuracy when he CAN make a throw.
