In this week's ESPN Insider piece, I discuss Boise State and Utah and how they managed to avoid falling back to earth after losing star coaches in the middle of the last decade. The Broncos and Utes have separated themselves from most of the mid-major pack through depth and line play. Most successful mid-major teams figure out how to mask their weaknesses; Utah and Boise State, however, simply have almost no discernible weaknesses.
