It's too early to bury Oregon for its loss at the hands of LSU on Saturday, especially since the Ducks' offense and defense weren't responsible for the majority of the 13-point loss. There are plenty of national championship contenders that didn't dig themselves a hole in the opening weekend, but there's a lot more football to be played as well. Oregon (and Notre Dame, for that matter) need to clean up correctable special teams mistakes to get back on track.

Re: ESPN: Oregon Not Dead Yet
Not having read the article yet--go Ducks! (This will help the Tigers if they lose 1, too. If they go undefeated (still doubtful at this point--I mean, they've only played one game, for goodness sake), of course they'll be in the BCS CG.
Re: ESPN: Oregon Not Dead Yet
Notre Dame just needs to hold onto the damn ball. They convert just one of their three (four?) redzone turnovers into a FG and they win that game.
Hail Hydra!
