I buy that weather doesn't affect skill players, but what about kickers? Do I really need to worry about Tynes in the snow, or is this the time to make that blockbuster trade for Kaeding?

Also: Shaun Hill is +8%? I'll go out on a limb and say he'll score at least 100% more points than otherwise predicted.
