ESPN: Week 8 Fantasy Matchups

Am I crazy, or aren't the correlation between receptions/targets and fantasy points and the predictive value of r/t different things? If I can quickly find the data, I'm going to run the numbers for correlation between first 8 games r/t and second 8 games points.

Update: I spent a couple hours trying to smash any sort of data into Excel or Access. I found 2009's data and was trying to compile it but something is broken. Anyone know where there's a database that would show players targets and receptions after Week 8 and where I could find out their fantasy points in Weeks 9-17?

Fantasy points should be pretty easy to calculate if you have yards and rec td data, no?
