Here's another feature from the latest issue of ESPN the Magazine, reprinted online for your reading pleasure. (Well, if you have an Insider subscription.) Our own Mike Tanier translates all the scout jargon for anyone interested in this year's quarterback prospects.

Lane Johnson and D.J. Fluker were selected high in the draft, but both have troubling flaws in pass protection according to Word of Muth.

Re: ESPN the Magazine Quarterback Glossary
Still costs me over $NZ300 for the 'Best deal' on Insider? Thanks for the content.....................................................
Re: ESPN the Magazine Quarterback Glossary
And here I thought it was going to be a joke column, but it was actually serious and useful.
Re: ESPN the Magazine Quarterback Glossary
This is the first time I've wanted an ESPN insider subscription.
Re: ESPN the Magazine Quarterback Glossary
Dear FO--Thanks for a link back in Dec. about a subscription via Amazon to ESPN the Mag for $5. I got my brother the mag for Christmas, and the Insider subscription that comes with it for myself. [Since I live in Mexico, I can't get the subscription for myself.] Best $5 I've spent in a while, and my brother likes the mag (and since our finances are both tight, he doesn't even mind that I didn't spend much on his gift--a bonus).
Re: ESPN the Magazine Quarterback Glossary
Does that $5 subscription cover both his Christmas and birthday presents ?
BTW, living in Europe, I wanted to take the 5$ offer just for the insider section, but they wouldn't do it, because the offer wasn't available to european people, even if I DIDN'T CARE AT ALL about the magazine. I guess the solution would have been a random US adress to get the subscription ? Or a random FO reader ?
