ESPN Upset Watch: Packers over Texans

Frankly, not a very good week for Upset Watch, with most lines at three points or less. No game really sticks out as a possible upset, but Green Bay-Houston comes closest because Green Bay really isn't playing like a 2-3 team. (Houston, however, is playing like a 5-0 team, which is why this wasn't the easiest week to pick an Upset Watch.) Cover Watch is Tennessee-Pittsburgh.

I'm torn between thinking that Green Bay over anybody shouldn't be considered an "upset" when they were 15-1 last season and thinking that they don't have a chance in hell of winning in Houston.

I understand these are mutually contradictory thoughts.

If you wanted a real upset, you could have gone with Oakland at Atlanta.

Well, this is an opportunity for the big guys in the yellow hats to show that they aren't just a bunch of softies. If they stand up to the Texans, even in a loss, that'll be meaningful.

Raji being out or hobbled isn't helpful, obviously.

What does Curious George have to do with any of this?

I knew you were going to go yard on that fat, hanging, curve ball.

I would have ventured that the Giants might get an upset though I haven't seen the odds.

Hopefully time for Upset watch to break its win streak.

Seattle could beat New England at home. That's the upset possibility that stands out the most to me.

Titans covered the spread - and more...nice picking job in recent weeks by DVOA

Titans covering the spread was a nice pick, but how was DVOA responsible? Pittsburgh is significantly ahead of Tennessee in DVOA.
