The final PreDraft player feature for the Washington Post is about Central Washington quarterback Mike Reilly, who broke most of Jon Kitna's school records. Does he have NFL attributes? Check out the Greg Cosell quote.

Minor weaknesses dot these teams. Except for Arizona, which needs to bring in more help to really run Bruce Arians' offense.

He'll try to catch on with the Steelers:

64%, 1200+ rushing yards and 4 years of quarterbacking under 3 different coaches. Sounds like a prospect to me.

His argument "the defense is slower, but so are my teammates - so the window is the same" is a valid one, but I don't know if a small school QB has a harder time adapting to the speed of the NFL.
I can imagine that when you played at a higher level, the next step to the NFL is smaller - speedwise.
