Week 2 DVOA Ratings

Philadelphia is No. 1 after two weeks. The last 13 teams to rank No. 1 after Week 2 averaged 12.5 wins... but all of them were better than the Eagles. Plus: the Texans, Pats, and Giants may be 2-0, but they're surprisingly low in DVOA.
