This weird NFL season just keeps getting weirder.
Marc Sessler at NFL.com reports that New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham has been suspended one game for his conduct against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. Another week goes by, another Super Bowl contender suffers a critical injury.
Arizona Cardinals coach Bruce Arians announced today that defensive back Tyrann Mathieu tore his ACL against Philadelphia on Sunday night and will be out for the rest of the season. Mathieu also suffered a torn ACL in his rookie season in 2013; it was not mentioned whether this injury was to the same knee.
