Will Verron Haynes have more than 16.5 combined yards? Will there be more than 8.5 punts? Will Jerome Bettis gain more yards than Kobe Bryant scores points? The answer to these questions and more are inside Scramble for the Ball's third annual look at practically every wager you could make on the Super Bowl.

Usually at Football Outsiders, our take is very different from the conventional wisdom. But not today, as Al and Vivek line up to take shots at this weekend's officiating. Plus Best Bets, an update on FO's playoff fantasy teams, and the most obvious Keep Choppin' Award winner of all time.

Al and Vivek unveil their 2005 All-KCW team. It's got an All-Pro, "the best back in the NFL," and a Super Bowl champion. And a lot of linemen who committed a lot of penalties. Also a playoff fantasy update and Best Bets for the Divisional round.

For the third straight year, the FO staff gets together to talk about the playoffs and put on our own playoff fantasy draft. Can the Giants go far in the playoffs? Will Chicago actually score any points? What is the "Patriots magic beans" theory? Of course, in a playoff fantasy draft, you want as many players from the top seeds as possible. Can we actually take three Seattle receivers? Yes, we can.

If you've ever wanted an in-depth look at a strength of victory tiebreaker situation, this is the article for you. There's also a fantasy draft gone horribly awry (Kevin Jones, anyone?) and an extraordinary smorgasbord of Best Bets from Al. Plus the newest Jason Beattie cartoon.

This week, Al and Vivek look at some of the unexpected things that happened in Week 13. As always, this is also the place for discussion of fantasy football and Christmas coaching comics.
