The NFC Norris. The Black-and-Blue. Whatever you want to call it, the North Division of the National Football Conference features some of the league's most historic franchises, which uniform histories going back decades. Never fear, however -- our stalwart authors can always find something to bicker about.
The best defensive playmaker of last year has been terrorizing the NFC South for a long, long time. Other standouts include L.A.'s Defensive Player of the Year (of course) and New York's dominant young safety.

Our look at last season's interception luck tells us that Patrick Mahomes and Derek Carr are likely to throw more picks this season, while Baker Mayfield and Tom Brady (yes, Tom Brady) should throw fewer.
Between the Steelers, Ravens, Bengals, and Browns, the AFC North teams feature a lot of black and a lot of orange. Who makes it work? Who's getting a new look, and who needs to go back to the drawing board?
Heading into the offseason, the Cardinals needed offensive linemen, the Rams needed edge rushers, the 49ers needed corners, and the Seahawks needed help along the defensive line. Somehow, three months later, little of that has changed.
