At last we reach the main event(s) of bowl season, including big matchups between high-profile teams such as Texas vs. Jake Fromm and Georgia in the Sugar Bowl. Plus: Urban Meyer's last game as the head coach at Ohio State, and potentially another claimed national championship on the line when Central Florida takes on LSU in the Fiesta Bowl.
The bowl games of Friday and Saturday include the most important games of the postseason so far, the College Football Playoff semifinals. Clemson will play Notre Dame in the Cotton Bowl, while Heisman Trophy winner Kyler Murray leads Oklahoma against Alabama in the Orange Bowl.
Notable contests in the second round of Bowl Season include Houston-Army in the Armed Forces Bowl, Boston College-Boise State in the First Responder Bowl, and Paul Johnson's farewell game when he leads Georgia Tech against Minnesota in the Quick Lane Bowl.

The best thing about bowl season is that there's a game every day. The worst thing is that often, you have no idea who these guys are. Ian Boyd introduces you to some of the best players you'll see in the next week -- including Fresno State receiver KeeSean Johnson.

It's Rivalry Week in college football -- and the biggest rivalry game in the land will see Dwayne Haskins and Ohio State battle Michigan, with a berth in the Big 10 title game and (likely) a shot in the Playoff on the line.
Hope you have access to the Longhorn Network; it's the only place to watch Hakeem Butler and the Iowa State Cyclones take on Texas in a key Big 12 matchup that's the most important game of the week. Other key games include Notre Dame-Syracuse, West Virginia-Oklahoma State, and Central Florida-Cincinnati.
