The NFL has reinstated Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett, who had been suspended indefinitely since swinging a helmet at the exposed head of Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph in a brawl on Thursday Night Football in Week 10 of last year.
The Los Angeles Chargers have issued a statement saying that the team and quarterback Philip Rivers "have mutually agreed that Rivers will enter free agency and not return to the team for the 2020 season."

The Houston Texans operated without a general manager in 2019, with head coach Bill O'Brien performing most of those duties. In 2020, they have made it official -- O'Brien is now head coach and GM, while Jack Easterby has been named Executive Vice President of Football Operations.
