Kitchens at 11 feels wrong at least its counter to the narrative that he's holding the team back.

You can admire him for being reasonably aggressive and also believe he's holding the team back for unrelated reasons.

Personally, I think it's way too soon to call him a bad head coach. He's a rookie coach, there's gonna be a learning curve. I don't follow the Browns closely enough to judge whether Kitchens is actually learning and improving, though

There was one particular Kitchens quote doing the rounds a couple weeks ago which was quite alarming, along the lines of him not paying attention to opponent tendencies, "we do what we do", etc. 

Could just be bluster, and I also don't watch the Browns closely enough to have a strong opinion. But not especially reassuring.

Negative.

He will follow the Pat Shurmur trajectory of maybe falling back-asswards into a HC role once more after a few years as a coordinator/assistant/position coach, and prove to be again be in over his head.
