Dallas C Travis Frederick Retires

Dallas center Travis Frederick announced on Twitter this afternoon that he will be retiring at the age of 29. The five-time Pro Bowler returned last year from a season missed due to Guillian-Barre Syndrome and played well, but apparently that year off made him comfortable with the idea of life without football. I assume Frederick will be replaced by Joe Looney, who replaced him also in 2018.

You know, this makes me wonder something. If you are going to draft and pay all of these offensive linemen, by definition, aren't you supposed to not pay a running back? I mean, whats the point?
