Tyrann Mathieu to Sign with Saints

NFL Offseason - Tyrann Mathieu, a three-time All-Pro and member of the Hall of Fame's All-2010s team, has agreed to a contract with the New Orleans Saints, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Deal is now in place: Saints and Tyrann Mathieu officially reached agreement on a three-year, $33 million contract, including $18 million fully guaranteed, per sources. Language still needs to be finalized and the deal signed. But Mathieu is returning home to New Orleans.

Mathieu turns 30 this month. He has missed only two starts in the last five years while playing for Arizona, Houston, and Kansas City.
1 Ah...
Free agency continues. Good on the Saints for being patient. 38th/92 graded safeties last year. Less guaranteed than Reid (87th graded!) but maybe more in total (if he makes it through the entire contract).
With the draft the Saints could very well be a playoff team.
Hypothetical: would you rather have Stefon Diggs or Tyler Lockett + Gus Edwards + Kenneth Murray?
2 All the homecomings for NO
WRs now:
- Michael Thomas
- Jarvis Landry
- Chris Olave
- Tre'quan Smith
- Marquez Callaway
- Bonus: Rashid Shaheed
Not horrible. Some nice potential. 2nd place in the NFCS is pretty secure.
