At ESPN Insider, some of our favorite Week 13 DFS matchups include Drew Brees, Jordan Howard, Mike Evans, and Hunter Henry.
Each week I will recap the picks I made in the previous week's column to gauge the accuracy of my advice. References to rankings are from DraftKings for that player's position.
Ben Roethlisberger - he was QB1 with 35.54 FPT, showing more of the Pittsburgh offense we expected to see this season.
Matthew Stafford (fade) - he wasn't bad (16 FPT), but need to do better than QB18. Case Keenum (27.28 FPT) outscored him as expected.
Alvin Kamara - big plays powered Kamara to RB1 with 39.8 FPT, one of the best running back performances of the season.
Jordan Howard (fade) - this was actually the second time this season Howard had fewer than 10 rushing yards in a game. He only had 3.9 FPT. He should bounce back in a big way this week.
Brandin Cooks - that little flip touchdown pass helped Cooks reach 21.4 FPT, good for WR10. But it was really a Julio Jones and Antonio Brown premium stack week at WR.
Davante Adams - he was the Green Bay receiver to have on Sunday night. Adams finished with 19.2 FPT.
Greg Olsen (fade) - he only scored 2 FPT after having to leave once he aggravated his foot injury. Like to be right on the pick, but hate to be right for this reason.
Dak Prescott - another dud on Thanksgiving led to just 5.16 FPT for Prescott. Not even a final garbage-time touchdown to help him reach double-digits.
Kareem Hunt - just 3.6 FPT as the Chiefs laid another egg on offense.
Alfred Morris - just 5.9 FPT. I had some great picks this week, but trust in Dallas to rebound was the biggest mistake I made in Week 12.
Doug Baldwin - a real non-factor in an easy win with just 4 FPT.
DeAndre Hopkins - he was really good again with 22.5 FPT in Baltimore. I guess the only thing that can make you truly fade Hopkins is when Brock Osweiler is his quarterback.
Vernon Davis - mystified by this one. Davis had one target and zero catches on Thanksgiving night.
