ESPN: Top 25 Prospects 2022
NFL Offseason - Time for our annual list of under-the-radar, lower-drafted prospects, also featured in Football Outsiders Almanac 2022. This is the 16th Top 25 Prospects list and past lists have featured future stars such as J.C. Jackson, Goerge Kittle, and Cooper Kupp. This year's list is topped by Los Angeles Chargers receiver Josh Palmer and includes Jaguars safety Andre Cisco, Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson, and Texans tight end Brevin Jordan.

Not including UDFAs or guys already cut (Hanson and Van Lanen) because their ceiling isn't that high (sorry not sorry Yosh truthers, this list would be endless then anyway).
2019:
- 7.226 Ty Summers (turns 27 Dec 21st 2022) - 205 defensive snaps. Don't think there's much of role to be had with overinvestment at LB but knowledgeable depth is always cool.
2020:
- 3.94 Josiah Deguara (turns 26 Feb 14th 2023) - 398 offensive snaps. ~TE2 depending on how Tonyan bounces back/Marcedes ages.
- 7.236 Vernon Scott (turns 25 Sept 11th 2022) - 89 defensive snaps. Still around despite Henry Black surpassing and going to ATL.
- 7.242 Jonathan Garvin (turns 24 July 28th 2023) - 480 defensive snaps. Growing into role nicely and actually pretty young.
2021:
- 3.85 Amari Rodgers (turns 23 Sept 23 2022) - 103 offensive snaps. Not what ya hoped for in rookie year and quite obvious not trusted to take a huge step but there's still hope.
- 5.173 Tedarrell "TJ" Slaton (turns 25 Oct 3rd 2022) - 255 defensive snaps. Backup. Will be surpassed by a rookie.
- 5.178 Shemar Jean-Charles (turns 25 June 20th 2023) 37 defensive snaps. CB4 perhaps would be cool.
- 6.220 Isaiah McDuffie (turns 24 July 21st 2023) - 0 defensive snaps. Another depth LB. Hopefully next step is replacing Barnes.
- 7.256 Kylin Hill (turns 24 Aug 18th 2022) - 26 offensive snaps. RB3/4. Redundant depth.

As the write-up identifies, Benjamin St-Juste seemingly profiles as an outside corner, but apparently during camp he's been getting the lion's share of first-team reps in the slot. They don't necessarily have an obvious alternative for CB3 but last year they generally used a third safety rather than a third corner, so it does probably say something about the coaching staff's belief in him. Given his size, it'll be interesting to see if he can stay in the slot.
I know he was #25, but I wouldn't have even listed Dyami Brown as an honorable mention. One year is generally too little time to write someone off completely, but given his rookie season I would be very, very surprised if he pans out.
