An Interview with Rick Gosselin

The Sports Media Guide has a great interview with Rick Gosselin, the NFL columnist for the Dallas Morning News. It's amazing to hear how much the NFL -- and its relationship with the media -- has changed in the last 30 years.

Chad Johnson's not happy about the offense, T.J. Houshmandzadeh questioned the officiating and Carson Palmer had a few words for Chris Henry after the second-year wide receiver jogged after a Hail Mary pass that was eventually intercepted.

FO on BSMW: Me and the Backup QB

Me and Matt Cassel could become close friends cause we both never see the field and he wants to talk to me.
Jim Sorgi probably doesn't remember Roxy Music in '72, but this week's Boston Sports Media Watch feature takes a look at how rare it is for a backup QB like Cassel or Sorgi (Casorgi? Sorgisel? Thank god they're not getting married) to have to take the reins of their team over.

7-0 Bears Don't Scare '72 Dolphins

Nothing like a bunch of crotchety old guys from the '72 Dolphins -- the last team to go undefeated -- waiting for the remaining unbeaten teams to fall so they can bust out the bubbly. If nothing else, I guess it helps take their minds off the '06 Dolphins.
