Why Kevin Ogletree Succeeded and It Doesn't Have to Stop

Great job by Will Brinson at CBS Sportsline. This is why all-22 film for the media will be great. Plus, now I can ask Andy Benoit to write about something else next week, because somebody else took care of Kevin Ogletree for us.

I agree with Aaron & the commenters at CBS Sportsline. Great article, and I hope the All-22 film helps people write these type of articles more. However, if they do, then we're going to need more room for XP's.

If every market ends up with a couple of former players breaking down tape for articles then it might be time for FO to start splitting the extra points into divisions to avoid too much choice.

This was a great use of the Game Rewind App. After over watching the all 22 myself I noticed all the same things as in this article, although I think it speaks more to how bad Corey Webster, Justin Tryon, and Michael Coe are than anything to do with Ogletree.

Is there any restriction in using these images in articles and such?

Oh shit! I totally forgot I signed up for All-22. Watching the 1st quarter. Do the Giants usually play this much Tampa-2?

It's fitting that this team still uses a lot of the Norv Turner-type offense since the WRs are all perfect Coryell-Turner guys: huge and fast. Not to mention Witten as the prototypical receiving TE. Hopefully Ogletree can keep it up, that was definitely the best game he's ever played, albeit against some pretty bad corners.

I love the all-22 look, but these route combos and formations are common place in the NFL and CBB.

I think the larger implication here is that the NYG's pass defense sucked and didn't make very good adjustments as the game went on.

Emptying the zone and running a wideout/RB/WR underneath...I would argue 75% of every pass play in the NFL leverages this basic strategy.
