Is Kirk Cousins the best free-agent quarterback in recent memory? Should Trumaine Johnson or Malcolm Butler have gotten the larger contract? And what makes a free-agent contract good or bad, anyway?

Re: Keenan Allen RSP Scouting Report
Allen seems to be the classic case of a guy that pretty much universally impressed everybody on the field, yet a sub-par 40 yard dash dropped him to the mid-rounds.
Re: Keenan Allen RSP Scouting Report
I'm both a Cal fan and a Charger fan, and I was very surprised and pleased that he fell to the Chargers.
At Cal, throws were forced to him often, and he succeeded with poor throws to him while defenses knew where the ball was going. Often, other receivers were wide open but Maynard (the QB, Allen's half-brother) was locked into Allen from the snap.
Admittedly, I was not sure how he compared to others in his draft class because the offense he was in was so distorted.
