1 Baseline not changing in KUBIAK

Is there an issue with the RB baseline button? In all my leagues switching it from 'Top Bench RB Baseline' to 'Regular Baseline' does not change the points over baseline for the running backs. Naturally one would expect changing this button would produce an effect. They seem to be stuck in 'Top Bench RB Baseline' regardless of the Preference setting.
