The preseason thinking--the Browns had an excellent roster but would be handicapped at quarterback with Jacoby Brissett--has largely come true over the first two games. Cleveland has been mostly efficient on the ground, solid on defense, and been right there to be 2-0. But after a miraculous win in the opener, they were miracle'd back by the Jets on Sunday. One up and one down feels fair for Cleveland, who were generally better by DVOA than they were in the W-L record a year ago as well.
