Any optimism Jets fans had in the lead-up to this season should be shelved until 2022 at this point. Rookie quarterback Zach Wilson has shown flashes to suggest New York was right to take him second overall in the 2021 Draft, but those flashes are few and far between. The Jets rank dead-last in offensive DVOA and offensive passing DVOA. Rookie head coach Robert Saleh has gotten more out of his roster than most anticipated, but that effort has just barely kept the Jets from being a bottom-ten team in defensive DVOA. New York's schedule ramps up from here, as well, jumping from 31st in past schedule to 17th in future schedule. – Cale Clinton
