The 2021 Seattle Seahawks are turning into something they have never been under Pete Carroll: underachievers. Though they have lost four out of their last five games, they still sit in ninth place in the DVOA rankings. That puts them ahead of several teams with winning records, even the 5-1 Packers. Flip a handful of plays and Seattle could be 5-1 as well—they lost to the Titans and Steelers in overtime, and had the ball down six points in the fourth quarter against the Rams—but they couldn't close out those wins. They're officially longshots to make the playoffs, but now get home games against New Orleans and Jacksonville, followed by their bye week. If they can just hang around .500 by the time Russell Wilson returns from his finger injury, they could still sneak into the wild-card race. -- Vincent Verhei
